Senior Management

J. Paul Eisenhuth – President and CEO

Paul Eisenhuth leads the implementation of the corporate vision and the day-to-day operations of CEWA. He joined CEWA in the Fall 2010 with over 30 years of experience building businesses in the energy sector, of which 22 years has been at the executive level in companies ranging from startups to large public corporations. Paul is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a BS in Physics with Merit, received graduate level nuclear engineering and operations training in the US Navy, earned a MBA degree from Lehigh University, and graduated with Distinction from the Naval Command and Staff College of the Naval War College, a graduate level program of study in strategy, policy, decision making, and international operations.

John Fangman, Chief Technical Officer

John Fangman is one of the founders of CEWA Technologies and leads the design and implementation of the industrial scale products of CEWA. John is a practitioner of optics, a process development engineer, and an expert in low cost high volume manufacturing in the U.S. and abroad with several decades of experience with AT&T, Lucent, Agere and other companies. He was previously a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) at Bell Labs. John has a degree in Physics from Johns Hopkins University and a degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. He is a Senior Member of SME (Society of Manufacturing Engineers), RI (Robotics International), MVA (Machine Vision Association), and is a Member of ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers). John has authored over 100 papers, has 5 patents from previous work, and has 2 patents pending and 1 provisional patent for his work at CEWA.

 

Technical Advisors

Sudhakar Neti – Technical Advisor & Chairman of the Board of Directors

Sudhakar Neti is one of the founders of CEWA Technologies, is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics at Lehigh University, and is the Chair of the Thermal-Fluids Division in the Department. He has also been the Director of the U.S. DOE sponsored Industrial Assessment Center at Lehigh, was a founding Co-chair of the Lehigh Environmental Advisory Group, and is Co-chair of the ASME Task Force on Energy Storage. His expertise includes optical instrumentation; thermodynamics, heat transfer and fluid flow in Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids, bioengineering, polymer processing and solar energy. Sudhakar is a recognized expert on thermal energy storage and solar heat transfer fluids. He has earned a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University in India and MS and PhD Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky. He has published widely in a broad range of journals and has nurtured numerous students through their masters and doctoral degrees.

Terry J. Hart – Technical Advisor

Terry Hart is a faculty member in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics at Lehigh University and a former Astronaut. In addition to having been an Astronaut, Terry has been a fighter pilot in the US Air Force, and has held various positions in industry including Member of Technical Staff at Bell Labs and President of Loral Skynet. He has earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, a MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, a MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University, a Honorary Doctor of Engineering degree from Lehigh University and is the holder of two patents for his previous work.
